This Code of Conduct is a pre-requisite of employment – at all levels. A copy of the Code is available upon request.

All of our Associates abide by our Code of Conduct, and adherence to this policy is a condition of association and a prerequisite to any engagement.

This code sets out the principles of ethical practice of management consultation within the Premiofin Group. Unlike some larger consulting companies, our scope is to construct the bespoke solution you have asked Premiofin to build, train your staff and then ensure that the solution is working.
Effective leadership is to put first things first, effective management is discipline, carrying it out.
We will not seek to create problems to create further work as this does not correspond to our business ethics.
