Actuarial & Risk Management Services
About us
We are experts in risk management, capital management and audit, our staff are highly qualified seasoned professionals coming from both industry and consulting.
We differentiate ourselves from other consulting firms as staff are either partly qualified or fully qualified actuaries with risk management Master 2 or PhD’s.
Our academic requirements are different as the element of the quantitative part of Entreprise Risk Management is becoming more and more mathematical. This helps us go further than other firms in our analysis: from data to model to reporting and bottom line right through to decision making.
Our approach is from “From Data to Decisions demonstating Use”.
It also helps us offer better value to our clients as we can bring to our clients better and more mature solutions.
Our staff are also experienced Programme and project managers, lightening the load for the Programme Management Office (PMO) as we understand not only the business needs but the needs of the PMO or project manager. Our goal is to work closely with the project team to deliver projects on time and on budget.
We are a dynamic team with credentials that help clients to maximise the value they derive from investments in risk management, treasury and finance transformation programmes. Our people work across different functions, challenge convention and are renowned for their intellectual rigour, drive and delivery focus.
Corporate and Social Responsibility
At Premiofin, we pride ourselves in making a sustainable difference – not just for our clients and for our own business and profession, but for the wider community, for the greater good of society everywhere and for our planet.
It is our fundamental belief that one of the best ways to build a better business is by building a better world.
The way we achieve this are through the following areas:
Our Business Strategy:
We pursue a business strategy that is :
-Responsible and sustainable over time
-We take action to increase society’s well-being of while adding value to the business
-We focus on all of the impacts made by the organisation
-We have an inclusion policy
This includes, for example, in taking a paternalistic approach with our associates, ensuring that their day rates are not only sufficient to cover day to day living and risks but also to pay for benefits such as health their families and pensions plans for a confortable retirement.
We are conscious that with longevity increasing, retirement plans have now to be able to fund 30 to 40 years after retirement. This is a key concern of our associates.
We adhere to all the principles of the Living Wage Foundation. This only re-enforces our responsibility and sustainability goals, which are integral to our business strategy, our values and our day-to-day operations.
It’s how we understand our impact on the environment around us and the sum of our actions. It means considering all our key stakeholders in relation to our marketplace, our workplace, our environmental impact and our communities.
Our Marketplace:
As well as providing consistently high-quality service to our clients and making a strong commitment to audit independence, financial transparency and sound governance, we consider how we manage our supply chain internally and externally
Our Workplace:
Creating a workplace that reflects our values
Our Environment:
Taking responsibility for our greenhouse gas emissions and our impact on the environment and nature
Our Community:
Helping our communities achieve their full potential through our paternalistic approach
